18:20 Pete Swanepoel talks about one of our best-known local authors Leon Strachan and shares some stories from his books
18:30 Machiel Roets sits down behind the piano and entertains us with a few of his compositions
19:00 Johann Lodewyk Marais delivers a short lecture on South Africa’s first female doctor, Harismith’s own Dr Anna Petronella van Heerden. Doctor, political activist, and author.
19:20 Costa Georghiou entertains us with a selection of jazz numbers
19.50 Dinner + guest contributions
Jackie Badenhorst, Ané Geel and Mia Prinsloo entertain while we have our dinner.
